  1. Don’t lean back! Use your arm muscles to pull your leg to you! - Miss Ashley
  2. Get a nice, deep plie’ before executing the grab turn. - Mr Alex
  3. Flexibility, proper stretching. - Miss Liliya
  4. Turn out supporting leg in the preparation, brush your leg through first position on its way up. - Miss Stephanie
  5. Don’t forget to spot your head. - Miss Lynda
